Sign in to LendPace, prepare a Bitfinex account eligible for margin funding, and move the assets you want to lend into your Funding Wallet.
Save and enable your API key
Saving your first lending API key starts the 14-day Basic trial, before connection verification. Then test the connection and enable the key.
Choose a strategy and start the bot
Confirm the currency and strategy, then start the bot yourself. Connecting an API does not start lending; offers still need to be matched.
Before you get started
What do I need to get started?
You need a LendPace account, a Bitfinex account eligible for margin funding, and lendable assets in your Funding Wallet. Exchange access may depend on your location and account eligibility.
Which API permissions do I need?
Enable the necessary account history, wallet, and funding read permissions, plus permission to offer, cancel, and close funding. Keep withdrawals and wallet transfers disabled. You can revoke the key on Bitfinex at any time.
Can I stop the bot at any time?
Yes. Stopping prevents new offers and attempts to cancel unmatched offers. Funds already lent remain until maturity or repayment. Check your offer status on Bitfinex after stopping.
When does the trial start, and what does it cost afterwards?
Saving your first lending API key starts the 14-day Basic trial, with no credit card required. The trial clock starts even if the connection has not been verified successfully. Each account is eligible once; active subscribers are excluded. After the trial, choose a paid plan to continue. Subscription fees are separate from Bitfinex funding fees.
